Breakfast Surf in Rincon Puerto Rico

Who has time to eat, when waves are breaking this pretty. This beach villa is for sale.   Its 3 houses, with 8 bedrooms have accommodated up to 20 persons.

This beach villa is surrounded by a cement wall, padded with lush tropical vegetation, so you can't see the houses from the road and barely from the sky. A small creek from the mountain cuts through the property and during the rainy season you hear the tranquil water lapping down from the the mountain.

The first cement home sits upon a 100-year wall, used for the train once circling the island of Puerto Rico. It has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It has two balconies: one used as a sun deck, the other covered, both overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The covered terrace has dining space for 20, and can be used for yoga space if needed.

The second cement home has a one bedroom apartment. Beneath it are two bedrooms, sharing one bathroom. Attached to this structure is small office with its own kitchen, and another wooden deck next to a fountain.; The third home is a caretaker's one bedroom wooden cottage. It has a small wood shop and storage room. This cottage is surrounded by mango, star fruit and coconut trees. This villa has a large wooden deck used for beach weddings and yoga retreats.

Puerto Rico is a US territory. No passport is required. It's less than 3 hours from New York. This villa has enough space to convert it into a luxury beach home or even larger guest house.

Homeaway Puerto Rico Beach Wedding Review Submitted: November 21, 2011 Date of Stay: October 2011
We recently got married and decided to have our ceremony at Villa Orleans; definitely one of the best decisions of our lives.
The property owner, Louis, was absolutely the best host you can ask for, he was there for us for every step of the way, from arranging the areas for the ceremony till cleanup afterwards.
Mary from Tastebuds PR completed the ceremony with beautiful arrangements, delicious food and all other small details that a layman might omit but Mary was there to fulfill and complete this special day for us.

If you are looking for a play to stay and are in the area, we wholeheartedly recommend Villa Orleans, from its private and secluded location (right on the beach - it is effectively a private beach) to house layout and surrounding Casita and tropical forest.
There were nine of us so we wanted to try different things so if you stay in the main house you will be falling asleep with soothing waves from beneath the house; if you stay in the casita, you will be surrounded by jungle that Luis perfected.
Something for everyone.
House is located in a central location so you are close by all grocery stores and shops in Rincon.
The pictures do not do justice to this house and surrounding areas. Ample amenities, clean and well maintained.
Definitely looking forward to our next visit and will recommend to all my friends. Thank you Luis for wonderful time, experience and pleasure of meeting you.
